In this role you will possess flair, creativity and passion for beverages. It is this that will inspire and motivate our guests to enjoy drinks that not only wow the eye but the tastebuds too.

Some duties and responsibilities as a Mixologist include:

• Mixing beverages and creating unique drinks using an extensive range of ingredients while delivering high levels of service and interacting with guests.
• Taking beverage orders from guests or colleagues and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail and satisfying guests' requests in a timely manner.
• Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers.
• Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories.
• Cleaning the bar area to maintain a sanitary environment and organizing the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory.
