Job Title: Mixologist at Everton Stadium

Join our team at Aramark, delivering food and beverage services at the new Everton Stadium in Liverpool, a state-of-the-art venue hosting 52,888 fans per matchday. We are seeking talented Mixologists to provide exceptional cocktail experiences during matchdays and events.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing, garnishing, and serving a variety of cocktails with consistency and creativity.
• Collaborating with the bar manager to develop innovative drinks and enhance guest experiences.
• Maintaining deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail ingredients.
• Monitoring stock levels, supporting supply orders, and ensuring proper storage.
• Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Recommending premium drinks and upselling to maximize sales.
• Setting up and breaking down bar stations, delivering premium service.
• Engaging proactively with guests to ensure a first-class experience and promoting beverage sales.
• Addressing guest feedback promptly and supporting continuous improvement.
