A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MIXOLOGIST AT THE MUNICIPAL HOTEL & SPA MGALLERY

What you'll be doing...

We seek a charismatic individual who can entertain and dazzle guests with personality, skills, and service. Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will work up to 40 hours per week across various shifts. Your day will include:

• Preparing, mixing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer requests, creating theatrical and memorable experiences.
• Verifying customer identification and age.
• Providing prompt, caring, and delightful service.
• Accepting payments, cleaning glasses and utensils, replenishing stock, and balancing cash records.
• Designing cocktails aligned with customer preferences or promotions.
• Providing wine, spirits, and cocktail training to team members.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Assist in daily service operations within the bar and event areas.
