A Mixologist / Cocktail Bartender is required for this highly acclaimed luxury hotel set in a stunning location in Cumbria.
The hotel is home to two restaurants, with fine dining available, celebrating the best of modern British cuisine using the finest local and seasonal ingredients.
The hotel offers a welcoming environment and has a relaxing ambience set around modern décor and luxury surroundings.

The bar and lounge areas create a luxurious and welcoming environment for guests, as they enjoy a relaxing drink from their extensive wine and cocktail lists, with classic and bespoke cocktails on offer prepared from scratch.
As Mixologist / Cocktail Bartender you will:
- Be professional, highly organised and have a friendly persona
- Be guest focused and ensure each guest has an enjoyable experience
- Serve guests offering knowledge of the fantastic cocktail and wine menus
- Help to ensure the bar is running to a high standard at all times
- Produce all manner of beverages, including freshly made cocktails
- Be able to lead by example and build strong relationships with colleagues and clientele
