The Royal Horseguards is seeking a skilled Mixologist to elevate guest experiences with innovative cocktails and signature drinks. You will lead the bar team, craft expert menus and ensure service excellence in a prestigious London setting overlooking the River Thames.

You’ll bring extensive mixology knowledge, a creative approach to flavors and presentation, and strong leadership to inspire a busy, high-end bar.

Salary: £14.88 per hour + tronc

The Royal Horseguards is a beautiful 5 star hotel overlooking the River Thames, close to The Embankment and Trafalgar Square. The hotel has 282 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and terrace area as well as exceptional banqueting facilities at one of London's most prestigious conference and banqueting venues, One Whitehall Place.

As a Mixologist, you will be the heartbeat of our bar, responsible for crafting extraordinary cocktails that delight our guests. Your expertise in mixology and commitment to exceptional hospitality will ensure that every guest leaves with unforgettable memories. You will have the opportunity to experiment with unique ingredients and create signature drinks that set our Bar apart as a must-visit destination.

In this role, you will lead by example, working alongside a dedicated team to provide outstanding service while maintaining a fun and inclusive atmosphere.
