Job summary

Nexus People are recruiting for Mixing Operatives in Cleckheaton to work with our client in the personal care sector. The role involves batch processing, weighing and mixing chemicals, and operating production equipment to create cosmetics and related products.

The ideal candidate will have up to 6 months of similar experience, be able to work 3 on/3 off shifts, and commit to following SOPs and GMP in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Up to 6 months experience in weighing, dispensing and mixing chemicals.
• Experience with batch processing and handling chemicals.
• Familiarity with SOPs, GMP and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out batch processing.
• Weigh, dispense and mix chemicals.
• Operate equipment to produce personal care products.
• Follow SOPs, approved methods and GMP.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and work areas.
• Complete and sign paperwork.
• Conduct quality checks and testing.
• Stock control.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Assist managers with additional duties.
