Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mixing Operative to prepare product mixes to spec, follow recipes and SOPs, with careful batch and lot control.

You will record data, maintain hygiene, clean equipment, and support production targets while complying with food safety and health and safety rules.

Full training provided; prior food manufacturing experience desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the safe operation of mixing equipment.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Desirable previous food manufacturing experience.
• Food hygiene qualification is desirable; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product mixes to specified recipes and procedures.
• Maintain batch and lot control records.
• Record all mixing data per Quality Control requirements.
• Ensure products are approved by Quality Control before transfer to packing lines.
• Clean mixing equipment according to documented procedures and complete cleaning records.
• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards; report issues.
• Follow health and safety legislation and take responsibility for safety.
• Participate in required training; full training provided.
