Job summary

Clark Wood is delighted to be supporting a well-established accountancy firm seeking a Mixed Tax Senior / Associate Manager to join its growing tax team. This role combines compliance, advisory and tax planning work for owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients.

You will manage a varied portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients, review returns and computations, build trusted relationships and help develop junior team members.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified (or nearing qualification).
• Strong experience across personal and corporate tax.
• Commercially minded, proactive and keen to develop your career.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients.
• Provide practical tax advice on a range of matters (profit extraction, restructuring, succession planning).
• Review tax returns and computations for accuracy and compliance.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a key contact.
• Support and develop junior team members.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on advisory projects and identify value opportunities for clients.
