Job Title: Mixed Tax Senior/Assistant Manager (Corporation Tax Bias)

Clark Wood are recruiting for a well-established and respected accountancy firm based in Maidenhead.

The firm specialise in providing comprehensive financial and tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients. The firm is known for its commitment to professional excellence and a client-centric approach.

The firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mixed Tax Senior/Assistant Manager with a strong bias towards Corporation Tax to join this dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be CTA or ATT qualified and possess a robust background in managing mixed tax portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage a diverse tax portfolio with a significant focus on corporation tax.

•Deliver tax compliance and advisory services to a variety of clients, including businesses and individuals.

•Prepare and review corporation tax returns, ensuring compliance with current tax laws.

•Identify and advise on tax planning opportunities to optimize clients' tax positions.

•Communicate effectively with HMRC on behalf of clients.

•Mentor and support junior staff members, contributing to their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

•Extensive experience in corporation tax, with a solid understanding of mixed tax portfolios.

•Up-to-date knowledge of current tax legislation and regulations.

•Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
