Job summary

This hands-on position involves following precise recipes, maintaining quality, and ensuring a tidy, safe mix room. Training provided; full-time hours with a standard shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Material Preparation: Select, measure, and weigh out powders and wax in strict accordance with the mix ticket instructions.
• Blending & Mixing: Follow exact recipes to mix materials together, creating the precise clay consistency required for production.
• Quality Control: Batch test each completed mix to ensure it meets strict quality standards before it goes to the factory floor.
• Machine Feeding: Empty the mixing tanks and transfer the prepared clay to fill the injection moulding machines.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the mix room.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–13:30 (Early finish Friday!)
