The Stock Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of back-of-house activities and proper handling of store goods. Key responsibilities include monitoring stock management, ensuring compliance with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures to support front office staff effectively and minimize inventory losses.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop the stock team, including stock controllers and runners. Demonstrate strong leadership skills through regular meetings, feedback, and support.
2. Oversee stock activities, ensuring proper handling, protection, and organization of merchandise, including storage, preparation, and movement to the shop floor.
3. Ensure all returns, transfers, uniform orders, gifting, press/samples, tailoring, dry-cleaning, and returns processing follow company guidelines.
4. Manage monthly cycle counts, negative stock reporting, and inventory planning to align with business goals.
5. Monitor KPIs related to back-of-house operations and collaborate with stock controllers to optimize performance.
6. Oversee e-commerce stock activities, ensuring smooth integration and coordination with the stock team.
7. Track VIC orders with the front-of-house team to support customer service excellence.
8. Manage repair processes, ensuring efficient tracking and collaboration with relevant teams to enhance client experience.
9. Oversee exports, packaging, and stationery inventory management.
