DTC | A Codan Company in Whiteley is seeking DSP Engineers across Mid, Senior and Principal levels to design and implement advanced DSP algorithms for mission-critical wireless systems used in defence and secure communications.

You will contribute to SDR platforms, FPGA/embedded work, and mentoring of junior engineers, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver robust, high-reliability wireless solutions; the role is office-based with some home working and requires eligibility for

Qualifications

• Experience designing and validating advanced DSP algorithms.
• Experience with FPGA or embedded software design.
• Degree in Electronic or Communications Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop DSP algorithms for mission-critical wireless systems.
• Refine and optimize SDR platforms for performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and support capability development.
