Your Opportunity:This role is ideal for a technically minded Project Developer with 3–5 years’ experience in utility-scale renewables. You’ll take ownership of projects across the MISO region, managing development through NTP with a focus on thetechnical side of development. This is a chance to join a collaborative, international team focused on delivering impactful clean energy solutions across the US.
Responsibilities:- Lead development of solar and BESS projects from greenfield through to NTP
- Coordinate site screening, feasibility studies, and interconnection analysis with a focus on MISO markets
- Manage permitting, environmental assessments, and stakeholder relationships
- Build and maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and risk analyses
- Collaborate with internal technical, legal, and commercial teams to meet project milestones
- Monitor regulatory changes and market developments within MISO and adjacent regions
What You Bring:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field, or equivalant work experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in utility-scale project development within MISO
- Demonstrated success managing renewable energy projects to NTP
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Working knowledge of permitting, interconnection, and regulatory processes
- Proficiency in project modelling tools (Excel, GIS, scheduling software)
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
