  • Position: Project Developer – Land & Site Acquisition
  • Travel: Up to 50%
Your Opportunity:
This position suits a land-savvy Project Developer with 3–5 years’ experience in utility-scale renewables and a deep understanding of site acquisition. You'll play a critical role in securing land across multiple ISOs, building trust with landowners, navigating title issues, and helping bring large-scale clean energy projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire land for solar and storage projects across MISO, ERCOT, PJM, and SPP
  • Negotiate land leases, purchase agreements, and easements with landowners
  • Review and resolve title commitments, ALTA surveys, and curative issues
  • Represent the company with professionalism in community and landowner engagements
  • Coordinate with internal legal, environmental, and interconnection teams
  • Support site diligence and contribute to early-stage development strategy
  • Maintain accurate documentation on land agreements and project data
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, environmental science, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in project development, particularly focused on land acquisition, for utility-scale renewable energy projects
  • Familiarity with MISO, ERCOT, PJM, and/or SPP development landscapes
  • Strong knowledge of real estate documents and title resolution
  • Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills with landowners and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
