You will have an HND or equivalent qualification and/or significant experience in IT Management Information Systems.
You will assist with the development, delivery and co-ordination of management information systems supporting the Children and Families Service within the Council.
You will have significant knowledge of Management Information Systems, including SEEMIS, significant knowledge of schools based functions, systems and procedures and proven knowledge of information systems, including Microsoft Office. You will have accuracy in data recording and management the ability to work with minimal supervision. Good organisational skills, good written and oral communication skills and experience of working as part of a team. You will have a willingness to undertake Continuing Professional Development with a willingness to contribute to the wider section priorities. This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council.
