Arcus FM Limited in Leeds is seeking an experienced Minor Works Estimator to price minor works projects, work with internal teams and subcontractors, and ensure profitability and compliance.

You will review drawings, perform take-offs, source materials, manage subcontractors, and liaise with clients to secure best value while maintaining safety standards. Strong commercial and technical knowledge required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Estimator in construction or building services.
• Hands-on trade experience or formal technical qualification.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings and specs.
• Excellent CDM/HSQE compliance knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for minor works.
• Review drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Undertake material take-offs and source materials competitively.
• Include labour, materials, subcontractors and other costs in estimates.
• Build and maintain a reliable subcontractor network.
• Collaborate with Arcus teams to maximise in-house resources.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor profitability against original estimates.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to secure best value.
• Assist with method statements and risk assessments.
