Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission.

Our Sales Executives really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. MINI Tamworth offers a dynamic environment with flexible patterns, including weekends, and an OTE of £45,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is required.
• A full and valid UK driving licence will be of benefit.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends, to support dealership service levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the car buying journey.
• Deliver first-class customer service and understand customer needs.
• Engage with customers face-to-face to support their vehicle purchase.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets while promoting the dealershipA0offerings.

About The Role

MINI Tamworth have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £45,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
