Role Overview

The MINI Business Manager will collaborate with Sales Executives to ensure exceptional customer service, focusing on guiding customers through the finance process. Your role involves explaining the process and options clearly, building instant rapport, and fostering long-lasting relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proven experience at this level are essential. A clean driving license is required.
