You will oversee commercial property matters, develop high-level client relationships with developers, investors and lenders, and collaborate across the national network to maximise cross-referrals and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven Real Estate expertise across acquisitions, disposals, development and leases.
• Strong business development capabilities and client relationship skills.
• Entrepreneurial and commercially focused with a desire to shape a new office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Real Estate practice in Milton Keynes with national support.
• Advise on commercial property acquisitions, disposals, development and land matters.
• Develop client relationships with developers, investors and lenders.
• Collaborate with national colleagues to maximise cross-referrals.
• Mentor junior lawyers and help build the local Real Estate team.
• Represent the firm at regional property events and partnerships.
