Sellick Partnership has been retained to source a Disputes Partner to launch and grow the firm's presence in Milton Keynes. This strategic role offers the chance to shape a new regional disputes practice within a Top 50 national firm.

The successful candidate will lead and develop client relationships, drive cross-referral across national departments, and mentor junior lawyers as the office expands, with earnings potential of £110k-£160k plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Established Disputes/Litigation expertise and readiness for partnership
• Strong technical experience in commercial, property, insolvency litigation or broader dispute resolution
• Proven business development capability with client relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead and build the Disputes practice in Milton Keynes with national support
• Develop and maintain client relationships across sectors
• Collaborate across the firm's national departments to maximise cross-referral opportunities
• Support recruitment and mentor junior lawyers as the office expands
