The role combines leadership, strategic BD, and hands-on client advisory across estates, trusts, tax and cross-border matters, with an entrepreneurial, commercially minded approach.

Qualifikationen

• Established Private Wealth partner or senior candidate ready to step into partnership.
• Strong technical experience with complex estates, trusts, tax, HNW or cross-border matters.
• Proven business development capability or existing client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial and commercially minded with appetite to shape a new office.
• Client-focused, discreet and able to manage high-value, long-term relationships.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Private Wealth practice in Milton Keynes with national support.
• Advise HNW/UHNW individuals on estates, trusts, tax and wealth structuring.
• Develop local and national client relationships with strong BD and networking.
• Collaborate with departments to maximise cross-referral and full-service work.
• Support recruitment and mentor junior lawyers to build a high-calibre team.
• Represent the firm at wealth management events and professional groups.
