Mears Group in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to operate across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, carrying out painting and decorating tasks within occupied housing properties as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes.

You will undertake decorating after installations, ensuring high standards, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction in a field-based role with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting and decorating.
• Social housing experience desired.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Decorate following kitchen and bathroom installations.
• Prepare surfaces and finish ceilings and walls.
• Complete repair and refurbishment works to a high standard and within timescales.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional standards.
