AB Agri in Cupar is seeking a Mill Operative to join a small, focused team within the mill. You will operate the press lines, monitor quality and feed safety, and assist with cleaning and stock/production planning.

The role includes a 4 on 4 off rota with days and nights, totaling 48 hours per week. A competitive salary is provided, with pension contributions up to 10% and access to flexible benefits supporting development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production environment, ideally food or agriculture.
• Experience working with automated plant machinery.
• Computer literate with ability to learn new systems; MS Office (Teams and Excel).
• Willing to work in a noisy, dusty and warm environment.

Responsabilités

• Run the press lines and manage the running of the mill areas.
• Support maintenance teams to communicate issues and assist with basic maintenance duties.
• Follow daily production plans to meet KPI targets.
• Carry out general mill cleaning and hygiene.
• Provide accurate information on raw materials and stock for planning and deliveries.
• Support wider mill projects and ad hoc tasks as part of the team.
