Are you passionate about helping others develop their careers through apprenticeships? Amazon is looking for a detail-oriented Apprenticeships Administrator to join our UK Apprentice Academy team. In this role, you'll support the successful delivery of apprenticeship programs, working directly with apprentices, skills coaches, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
As an Apprenticeships Administrator, you will be the operational backbone of our apprenticeship programs, supporting the Head of Amazon UK Apprentice Academy. You'll manage administrative processes, maintain documentation, and serve as a key contact for apprentices and trainers. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
Your day may include preparing documentation for EPA assessments, responding to queries, updating the MIS, coordinating with Skills Coaches, generating reports, and participating in quality assurance. You'll interact with apprentices, trainers, and managers to ensure smooth administration.

You'll join the Amazon EU Apprenticeships team, dedicated to delivering high-quality programs across Europe. Working with the UK Apprentice Academy, you'll be part of a team with over 12 years of experience in apprenticeships, committed to developing talent and creating opportunities.
