Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Steward to support military personnel on a Ministry of Defence site in Tidsworth. This role offers 37.5 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, typically 5 days out of 7, on site with free parking. You’ll help deliver a welcoming dining experience and work as part of a friendly team.

No prior hospitality experience is required—full training will be provided and you’ll learn fast in a busy service environment, with a focus on customer care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare café, dining and meeting areas so everything is ready for customers and service runs smoothly.
• Serve food and drinks, replenish displays and food stations, and keep everything well-presented throughout service.
• Provide friendly, professional and welcoming service to customers across the café, retail and dining areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety across workstations, equipment and customer areas.
• Support special events, meetings and functions, ensuring everything is prepared and runs smoothly.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver an efficient service and a great customer experience.
