Royal London is seeking a Business and Technical Implementation Manager to support the migration of Life and Pensions from legacy mainframe to Integro. You will oversee business readiness, technical implementation, data migration, testing, cutover, service transition and post-go-live support.
The role requires strong implementation or senior project management experience across complex change, with matrix leadership across business, technology, operations and supplier teams.

Working Style: Hybrid - 50% from home / 50% office based

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business and Technical Implementation Manager to join Royal London and support the migration of Life and Pensions books from its legacy mainframe environment to Integro. This is a key risk-reduction programme that will provide a robust platform for the long-term administration of the book.
You will provide a single point of focus across business readiness, technical implementation, data migration, testing, cutover, service transition and post-go-live support. Working across business, technology, operational and supplier teams, you will ensure the migration is delivered safely, with clear evidence for go/no-go decisions and a controlled handover into business as usual.
