Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a governance-focused professional to support migration event control and incident coordination within a busy Control Tower environment. You will help mobilise, track runbooks, collect updates and log decisions as migrations progress.

The role emphasizes cross-team coordination, calmness under pressure, and meticulous communication, with a strong focus on delivering clear, auditable outcomes for migration events and post-event closure.

Qualifications

• Migration event governance is required.
• Relevant migration, operations, PMO or incident coordination experience is required.
• Experience with runbook and dashboard tools is required.
• Incident, dependency, decision and evidence management are required.
• War room processes are required.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation are required.
• Excellent attention to detail is required.
• Concise communication is required.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities in real time is required.
• Calm and methodical under pressure is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Migration Control Tower Lead with mobilisation and execution of the Migration Control Tower.
• Provide accurate integrated runbook tracking.
• Collect status updates.
• Control dependencies and issues.
• Log decisions.
• Manage communications.
• Complete post-event closure.
• Support the safe migration of TSB customers and products onto Santander platforms.
• Contribute to the end-to-end migration strategy.
