Job summary

Kaluza is seeking a Migration Architect to design, plan and build data migrations across platform deployments. You will drive end-to-end migration solutions, balancing extraction, transformation, validation and loading while aligning with Kaluza standards and client needs.

You will partner with Deployment Design, Engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, secure migrations, ensure quality and manage risk. This role requires travel as needed and hybrid working in UK/France.

Qualifications

• Experience within data migration programmes and ETL processes.
• Technical/engineering leadership experience.
• Knowledge of energy industry or utilities is a benefit.
• Strong data analysis and system architecture skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with presentations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration architecture across client deployments.
• Define migration strategies, sequencing, and data mapping.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define tooling and APIs for migrations.
• Ensure data quality, validation rules, and reconciliation processes.
• Present client-specific migration designs and business outcomes.
