Job summary

Kaluza is seeking a Product Manager (Data) to lead data product implementations for key clients across London, Bristol, or Paris. The role focuses on localised deployments of a global product, working with engineering and data product teams to tailor data models for client needs.

You will manage requirements, prioritise the roadmap, and drive adoption through documentation, training, and communications, while gaining exposure to multiple product areas within Kaluza.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as an agile Product Manager working on data platforms/products.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise product rollouts, especially on edge/localised deployments of a global product.
• Skilled at stakeholder management with ability to juggle priorities and influence decisions at all levels.
• Excellent written and visual communication for technical and commercial audiences.
• Patient, tenacious problem solver willing to learn a domain with limited prior knowledge.
• Team player who embraces collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Articulate Kaluza data products and data models to key clients.
• Requirements & Roadmap: Document and translate client requirements for data products and align with global roadmap.
• Development Support: Refine and prioritise backlog items and work with engineers to deliver value.
• Product Adoption: Create technical documentation, release communications, and user training for stakeholders.
• Domain Integration: Understand Billing & Payments, Customer Care, Energy Commerce, and Energy Optimisation domains.
• Data Model Contribution: Contribute to global data model and potential ownership for clients.
• Metrics & Culture: Define metrics for product success and foster data-driven learning.
• Communication: Radiate information and improve transparency to internal and external audiences.
