Accept Recruitment is seeking a skilled MIG Welder for a Coventry site (CV2) in a permanent, full‑time role. You will MIG weld sheet metal from 1.0mm to 6mm, predominantly mild steel and stainless, with some aluminium and occasional TIG for precision work.

You’ll read engineering drawings, fabricate and assemble components, and produce neat welds to a high finish. The role is in a small, supportive team with a stable, growing business.

Qualifications

• Reading engineering drawings required.
• Reliable and punctual with good teamwork.
• Ability to work accurately in a clean, precise manner.

Responsabilités

• MIG welding sheet metal from 1.0mm to 6mm.
• Welding mild steel, stainless, and some aluminium; some TIG on precision work.
• Fabricating and assembling components from engineering drawings.
• Producing neat welds to a high standard of finish.
• Checking own work for quality and accuracy.
