Job summary

Yamazaki Mazak in Worcester is seeking MIG Welders/Fabricators to join a market-leading global manufacturer. In this role you will weld and fabricate machined parts to company standards, with full product training provided and duties performed within Health and Safety guidelines.

You will also establish good working relationships with sheet metal and assembly, follow technical drawings, and contribute to meeting production targets and customer satisfaction. A rotating shift pattern applies.

Qualifications

• Welding experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Fabrication experience advantageous.
• Highly motivated and a positive team member.
• Able to meet deadlines and focus on customer satisfaction and production targets.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Role

• : Weld and fabricate machined parts to a set company standard which are prepared and palleted. Full product training will be provided.
• : Ensure all activities are completed within Health and Safety guidelines.
• : Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with sheet metal and assembly.
• : Following technical drawings.

The Person

Essential Criteria

• Welding experience within a manufacturing environment and Fabrication experience is advantageous.
• Highly motivated and to be a positive member of the team.
• Understand importance of working to deadlines and being focussed on good customer satisfaction and production targets.
