Job Title: Welder / Fabricator

Salary: Competitive

Location: Verwood, Dorset. BH31 6BB

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent - 40 hours per week

Pearce Compaction Systems are manufacturers of Compactors & Balers for the waste and Recycling industry.

We have an exciting role for a MIG welder/fabricator who will work assembling our machines in our workshop based in Verwood, Dorset.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Predominantly welding - starting with the smaller Balers.
2. Assembling Compactors and Balers.
3. Performing non-welding activities such as forming/folding, grinding, and fabricating.

About you:

• Good knowledge of fabrication and site work in various aspects of metalwork.
• A self-motivated individual.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fork Truck Licence (preferable).
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to fit in well with a small team.
