Advanced Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled MIG Welder fabricator to join our manufacturing team in the UK. The role focuses on fabricating and welding metal parts with precision, following drawings and safety rules. It includes a 12-week temporary-to-permanent contract and a 07:30–16:30 workday.

You will read engineering drawings, operate MIG welding gear, and use hand and power tools to shape components. The job emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding to industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient with hand and power tools used in fabrication.
• Strong safety awareness in welding environments.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate MIG welding equipment according to specs and safety guidelines.
• Read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Cut, shape and assemble sheet metal components.
• Perform fabrication: cutting, grinding and finishing operations.
• Conduct quality checks on welds and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with regulations.
• Assist in assembly of fabricated parts into final products.
• Troubleshoot minor welding equipment issues.
