Job summary

MTrec Limited represents an engineering client seeking a Welder Fabricator in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on fabrication and welding of products in an engineering environment, ensuring components meet drawings and quality standards.

A permanent position with 37 hours per week (Mon-Thu) and Friday overtime is available. The candidate must be time served, have MIG and TIG experience, read engineering drawings, and be able to use overhead cranes, oxy-fuel burn, and forming equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be time served.
• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator.
• Must have MIG and TIG experience.
• Excellent fabrication skills with experience in fabricating small and medium sized assemblies, using all basic fabrication skills including forming and bending.
• Ability to use overhead cranes.
• Ability to use oxyacetylene burn.
• Ability to use forming equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good housekeeping.
• Proven ability to work accurately and with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
