Morgan Jones is working with a well-established Kent manufacturer to recruit experienced MIG Welders for their fabrication department. The role offers day shifts, a stable workload, and long-term opportunities with permanent or temp-to-perm contracts.

Candidates must have access to their own transport and can expect a paid trial during the interview process. You will weld MIG components, perform bench welding, read production instructions, prepare materials, and support general fabrication while

Qualifications

• Minimum one year's professional welding experience.
• MIG welding experience gained within manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Relevant welding qualification, certification, apprenticeship or training record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
