Job summary

Interaction Engineering in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join a busy engineering and manufacturing environment. You will fabricate and weld components from technical drawings to ensure high quality and compliance with specifications.

Key duties include MIG welding and fabrication of steel components, measuring, marking out and preparing materials, and using a range of fabrication equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience MIG welding and fabrication from engineering drawings.
• Ability to measure, mark out and prepare materials.
• Experience in lifting equipment, handling systems or heavy engineering products.

Pay: £14.50-£16.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join a busy engineering and manufacturing environment based in Peterborough (PE2).

The Role

As a Welder / Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding components and assemblies to a high standard, working from technical drawings and ensuring all work meets required quality specifications.
