Job summary

Justrite Safety Group in the United Kingdom seeks a skilled welder/assembler to help ensure products meet quality standards and stay within cost limits. You will develop systems and processes to improve efficiency and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities include Stainless steel MIG/TIG welding, monitoring production, addressing bottlenecks, staying aware of new technologies, considering customer requirements and addressing complaints, storing consumables, and supporting the line

Responsibilities

• Stainless steel MIG/TIG Welding
• Develop all necessary systems and processes to ensure that products are of the appropriate quality and within the established cost limits.
• Monitor processes to resolve any problems and remove bottlenecks.
• Maintain an awareness of new developments in technology and relevant production processes and evaluate and apply those that may be of benefit to the company.
• Maintain an awareness of customer requirements and any complaints to identify any areas that may need development or improvement
• Receive and store consumables to ensure that there are sufficient stocks to meet production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workspace.
• Carry out any reasonable request as required by your line manager.
