Job summary

Integrate Resources is seeking experienced MIG/Flux Core Welders to support tank fabrication and installation projects around Sutton Coldfield, with follow-on work in Coventry. The role involves Flux Core welding on external tank sections and MIG welding internally after tank assembly, in a heavy fabrication setting.

Two welders are sought for the initial tank project, with potential for ongoing tank fabrication work across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as MIG/Flux Core Welder.
• CSCS or CCNSG qualification beneficial.
• Flux Core welding experience is essential.
• Experience in tank fabrication, heavy fabrication or structural steel preferred.
• Comfortable working on large-scale fabrication projects.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld internal tank sections following assembly.
• Carry out Flux Core welding on external tank components.
• Work from fabrication drawings and welding specifications.
• Support tank assembly, fabrication and installation activities.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and safety.
• Work effectively as part of a site-based fabrication team.
• Maintain reliable attendance throughout the project.

Hours:10-hour shifts Mon-Fri (Potential for weekend work)
Rate:£23.50 per hour Monday-Friday / £29.00 per hour weekends

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for experienced MIG / Flux Core Welders to support tank fabrication and installation projects in the Sutton Coldfieldarea.

The initial requirement is for 2welders to work on a tank installation project, with further opportunities potentially available in Coventry and across additional tank projects.

The work will involveFlux Core welding on external tank sections and MIG welding internally once the tanks have been assembled. This is a heavy fabrication environment, ideally suited to welders with experience working on tanks, structural steel or large-scale fabrication rather than fine pipeline welding.

• Able to work 10-hour shifts.

• Strong understanding of site safety and quality procedures.

• Reliable and committed to completing the project.

• Relevant welding qualifications/coding would be advantageous.
