Interaction Engineering in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled MIG Fabricator / Welder to join a busy engineering workshop. The role focuses on fabrication and MIG welding, reading engineering drawings and delivering high‑quality components to specification.

You will fabricate from 2mm up to 45mm heavy‑section steel, work with jigs and fixtures, and maintain quality in a fast‑paced environment. Two positions are available for motivated team players.

Qualifications

• Experience as a MIG Fabricator or Fabricator/Welder.
• Confident with light and heavy-section fabrication.
• Able to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge of workshop fabrication processes.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out general MIG fabrication and metalwork.
• Working on structural and architectural projects.
• Fabricating materials from 2mm to 45mm steel.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Measuring, cutting, preparing and assembling metalwork.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
• Working within a busy workshop environment.
