Job summary

Interaction Engineering in Baldock is seeking an experienced MIG & TIG Welder Fabricator to join a busy team on a permanent basis. You will produce high-quality fabrication and welding across various projects, reading drawings and using a range of tools.

The role requires reliable, detail-oriented welders with strong health & safety awareness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent pay and ongoing progression opportunities are offered on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MIG & TIG Welder Fabricator.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and fabrication plans.
• Experience using fabrication tools and machinery.
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
• Forklift or overhead crane experience (advantageous but not essential)
