Qualifikationen

• Registered Midwife educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Recognised teaching qualification or mentorship course.
• Postgraduate qualification in teaching.
• GIC qualification specific to NLS.
• Evidence of supporting and developing staff.
• Understanding learner assessment strategies and curriculum development.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Ability to plan workload, set deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience of coaching.
