South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a midwife to join the ward-based Transitional Care team at the maternity department. You will support mothers and babies, and contribute to high-quality postnatal care across the wards.

Training will be provided through an in-house competency framework, including Foundations in Neonatal Care, with opportunities to develop leadership and specialist skills within a supportive trust.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organisational and clinical skills.
• Interest or experience in Transitional Care.
• Willing to work across all areas of Maternity Services.

Responsabilités

• Provide maternity care to mothers and babies across all areas of Maternity Services.
• Act as lead professional when appropriate to plan and evaluate care.
• Work a full roster with shifts across the week.
