South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Midwife with an interest in Transitional Care. The role covers ward-based care across maternity services, with opportunities for training in Foundations in Neonatal Care and ongoing professional development.

You will work across shifts, lead in partnership with women, and contribute to high-quality, evidence-based care within a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Register Midwife status is required.
• Recognised teaching/assessor qualification is desirable.
• Training in neonatal care and related assessments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• To maintain a professional manner at all times in line with NMC Code of Conduct.
• Provide and deliver high quality maternity care across settings.
• Lead professional role in planning and evaluating care with the woman and baby.
• Participate in training, audits and service development as required.
• Promote breastfeeding, infant feeding choices and public health messages.
