We're looking for a talented Midweight Film Editor to join our Edit team and help shape fast-moving, standout content for global brands. It's a full-time position with great perks. You'll be working with a team of practical, multi-talented doers working across production, creative and strategy.

We deliver short form campaign TBCs, sponsorship idents and branded content across broadcast, social and digital platforms. Primarily content is shot in-house and by the in-house production team and our ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Edit content for broadcast advertising & social media platforms, ensuring high quality output and adherence to client specifications and industry standards.
• Edit mood films & reels for pitches.
• Collaborate with directors, creative directors and producers to create animatics.
• Incorporate music and sound effects to enhance story telling.
• Ensure video content meets technical specifications for broadcast delivery.
• Responsible for backing projects up, archiving and server organisation.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2+ years of experience of editing, ideally in a broadcast, agency or branded content landscape.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of post-production processes, including colourcorrection, sound design, and visual effects.
• Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
