Job summary

Gastronomous Ltd in London is seeking a talented Midweight Designer to join our team and help shape how experiences come to life visually, across agency projects, client programmes and events.

You will work with events, marketing and partnerships to create thoughtful, beautifully executed design across print and digital touchpoints. A 3–5 year track record and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills are required; Figma and After Effects are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in design, creative or brand environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design and art direction across both print and digital.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience designing for social and digital channels; understanding responsive design and UX/UI; familiarity with Figma.
• Experience creating motion graphics or animation (After Effects or similar).
• Understanding of print production and ability to prep artwork for printers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Design event collateral such as menus, invitations, welcome letters, itineraries, programmes, posters, signage and other printed materials.
• Create digital and social assets for events, campaigns, ongoing marketing for clients and company-owned channels.
• Develop event identities and visual systems that work across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Design websites and landing pages, working on existing sites and new digital experiences.
• Produce email and digital marketing materials.
• Create presentations, proposals and client-facing creative.
• Produce simple motion graphics and animation for social, digital screens and event content.
• Maintain the visual identity of Gastronomous across website, social channels, credentials and communications.
