We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Designer to join a forward-thinking tech and media partner that blends creativity, data and AI to deliver bold, performance-driven campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, ambitious in-house creative studio that combines great creative with exceptional customer knowledge. You’ll work on high-impact client campaigns whilst also shaping the teams own evolving brand identity and offering. What you’ll be doing The Designer will play a central role in delivering standout creative across a range of digital formats, including display, digital out of home, CTV, audio and social. Reporting to a highly regarded and supportive Creative Lead, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to production – blending bold visual ideas with performance-driven thinking. There’s a healthy mix of client campaign work and internal brand-building here. You’ll be involved in concepting, designing and building campaign assets, exploring AI-powered creative tools, and helping to shape and evolve the company’s own visual identity and tone of voice. The role is ideal for someone curious about new formats and technologies, comfortable challenging the status quo, and confident juggling varied briefs.
