Job summary

Weboaf Ltd in London is seeking a Design Lead to translate complex science and technology into world-class visual design. You will work with venture-backed tech founders to deliver branding and web designs from moodboards to final delivery.

You’ll collaborate with a creative director and team of subcontractors, bringing high creativity, attention to detail, and pride in your craft. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office at Soho Works, London.

Position Overview

We're looking for an exceptional designer to join our London team full-time. Your role will be to translate complex science and technology into world-class visual design. Your work will help our clients build understanding, credibility, and trust with high-stakes audiences like investors, strategic partners & future employees.

You’ll work with venture backed tech founders to deliver exceptional brand & web designs from initial moodboards to final delivery. You’ll be on a team with a creative director and a team of specialist subcontractors.

You will do well in this role if you are a Figma wizard with high creativity, attention to detail and pride in your craft. Above all, we're looking for someone who believes frontier technology has the power to shape humanity's future and wants to help the companies building it succeed.

3+ years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative work.

Compensation

Salary: £32,000–£40,000 per year, depending on experience

Employment: Full-time, 5 days per week

Working arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days in office

Location: Soho Works, White City, London

Annual leave: 25 days + 8 UK bank holidays

Equipment: MacBook and all necessary software subscriptions
