Job summary

You will have 5–10 years of experience, work on groundworks packages and industrial shed buildings, report to the regional Commercial Manager, and support an Assistant QS while travelling to various sites around the Midlands and UK.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience with groundworks packages and final accounts.
• Flexible location with travel to Midlands/UK sites.

Responsibilities

• Support to Assistant QS and report to Regional Commercial Manager.
• Manage projects to budget and hit financial targets.
• Provide commercial input on groundworks and industrial sheds.
