Job summary

ADEO Construction Services Ltd. is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our Midlands/Severn Trent area team.

This hybrid role offers flexible working, a supportive environment and exposure to medium‑sized civils projects worth £1–5m. You will manage cost records, CVR reporting, and subcontractor procurement, oversee control accounts with site teams, and support junior staff while ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience managing medium-sized projects independently (£1–£5m).
• Ability to produce CVR reports against budget.

Responsibilities

• Keep cost records and agree costs.
• Manage allocated Control Accounts with site team, including value draw and spend forecast.
• Assist in using Oracle, Forecasting Tool, CEMAR, Projectwise.
• Oversee management of Subcontractors.
• Procure packages as the work proceeds.
