Job summary
The ideal candidate has NVQ Level 2 in a core trade, health & safety awareness, and driving license. Training will be provided as needed. Competitive salary £35,579–£37,452 with annual progression after 12 months.
Qualifications
- Must have NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry or electrical).
- If Plumbing Level 3 is required, provide Unvented - G3 Certificate and WRAS.
- Awareness of health and safety regulations and working legislation.
Responsibilities
- Attend occupied properties to carry out routine repairs, fault fixing and maintenance within Social Housing.
- Resolve problems or initiate resolution and keep customers informed.
